2. Include: your full name, contact number, order/reference number (if any), a clear description of the issue, relevant documents/screenshots, and the remedy you seek.

We will acknowledge your grievance within 48 hours of receipt and will aim to resolve it within 30 days of receiving complete details. If additional time is needed, we will update you with reasons and a revised timeline in accordance with applicable law.
