When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. After dispatch, courier transit time is 5–7 days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

How do I track my order?

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email/SMS. The first scan may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. You can request a return or size exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with tags and original packaging intact.
Returns: a ₹150 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges: the first exchange is complimentary; from the second exchange onward, a ₹150 shipping fee per exchange applies.

How do I start a return or exchange?

We’ve made returns effortless for you. You can now initiate a return or exchange directly through our self-serve return portal on the Ekrangi website. Simply open your order confirmation page, select the item(s) you’d like to return, and follow the guided steps.
If you’re requesting an exchange, please mention your preferred size in the comment field while submitting the request.
A pickup will be arranged where available; in some PIN codes, we may request self-shipping via a reliable, trackable courier.

When will I receive my refund?

After the item passes quality checks at our facility, refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders are final once placed. If you need to cancel or change the size/address, email support@ekrangi.com immediately and we’ll try to intercept the order before dispatch; however, cancellation or modifications aren’t guaranteed.

The item arrived damaged or incorrect—what now?

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos (outer carton, inner packaging, product, and label). We’ll prioritise a replacement or process a return.

How do I choose the right size?

Use the size guide on the product page. If you’re between sizes, choose the larger size for a roomier fit. We offer exchanges within the return window if the fit isn’t right.

Do you ship across India?

Yes, we ship to most serviceable PIN codes across India. If your location isn’t serviceable by our courier partners, we’ll reach out for an alternate arrangement or a prompt refund.

My order is delayed—what should I do?

Delays can occur during weather events, festivals, or operational backlogs. If your tracking hasn’t updated for 48 hours, contact us with your order number and we’ll follow up with the courier.

How do I contact support or raise a grievance?

Email support@ekrangi.com with your order number and query. For grievances, include “Grievance” in the subject. Support hours: Mon–Sat, 10:00–18:00 IST. We acknowledge messages within 48 hours.

Who pays for return shipping?

Returns (pickup by us): A ₹150 shipping fee is deducted from your refund.

Exchanges: The first exchange is complimentary. From the second exchange onward, a ₹150 shipping fee per exchange applies.

Self-ship (if requested): We reimburse up to ₹150 against a valid courier receipt after the item passes quality check (QC).

Are any items not eligible for return/exchange?

Used, washed, or altered items; items with perfume/deodorant stains or damage; items missing tags or original packaging; and final-sale/marked-down items (where mentioned) are ineligible.

Will the colour match the photos exactly?

Minor variation can occur due to lighting and screen settings. We photograph to be as accurate as possible; slight differences are normal.

How should I care for my shirt?

Wash at 30°C, do not bleach, warm iron, dry in shade, and do not tumble dry. Follow any collection-specific care notes on the garment label.

What payment methods do you accept?

UPI, major credit/debit cards, net banking, and leading wallets. All payments are processed via secure, PCI-compliant gateways.

What happens when I share my contact details?

We use your details to process orders, provide support, prevent fraud, and—only if you opt in—send updates and offers. We share data with trusted providers (payment gateways, couriers) solely to fulfil your order. You can opt out of marketing anytime via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
