At Ekrangi, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make the return or exchange process smooth and transparent.

 

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and must not be washed, worn, or used.

Sale items are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Exchange Policy

We offer a one-time free exchange on each order.

For any subsequent exchanges, a nominal fee of ₹150 will be applicable per exchange.

Exchange requests are subject to size and stock availability.

 

Return Policy

If you choose to return your garment, a ₹150 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

A maximum of three pickup attempts will be made by our logistics partner.

Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area. In areas where reverse pickup is not supported, you may be requested to self-ship the product.

 

Refund Process

Refunds are initiated after the returned item is received and verified by our team.

Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
